Technical Support Specialist; IT focus

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in computer or customer support
• Proficient in general computer usage
• Demonstrated eagerness and ability to learn new technology skills
• Strong integrity and a solid work ethic
• Positive attitude towards work and challenges
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with HTML and web graphics is a plus
• Knowledge of Photoshop is desirable
• Prior experience in an educational environment is beneficial

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our system; training will be provided
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat; collect relevant information regarding their issues
• Provide training to clients on various features of our software
• Help clients troubleshoot issues and escalate calls when necessary
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and follow up for satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with team members to address complex technical challenges
• Assist with documentation and testing of new products or updates
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the support manager
• Offer proactive feedback about potential enhancements
