Salesforce Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce and Sales Cloud
. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration and development, business analysis, testing, and end‑to‑end SDLC processes.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Support and enhance Salesforce B2B Commerce and Sales Cloud solutions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce based on business requirements.
• Work with Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Classes, and Scheduled Classes
  .
• Support UAT, regression testing, troubleshooting, and defect management
  .
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the SDLC.
• Support Salesforce deployments and release management activities.
• Work within Agile and/or Waterfall development environments.

• 7+ years of IT Business Analysis and/or development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud and/or Sales Cloud
  .
• Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
  .
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Classes, and Scheduled Classes
  .
• Experience with Compliance Quest
  .
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies
  , including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience with tools such as Git, Jenkins, Jira, Salesforce DX, Change Sets, ANT
  , or similar technologies.
• Strong experience with UAT, regression testing, troubleshooting, and defect management
  .
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.

• Experience working in a regulated industry
  , such as Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences.
