A leading medical technology company based in Lake Forest, CA is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join its legal team. This role requires at least 5 years of legal experience, with expertise in contract drafting and negotiation. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting commercial contracting efforts and providing legal guidance on compliance and marketing regulations. A Juris Doctorate and good standing with the California Bar are mandatory.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $200K to $270K based on experience.
