Manage day-to-day purchasing and inventory activities to ensure stock, supply, and maintenance needs are fulfilled;
Purchase, log and source all supplies and inventories with assistance from Department Managers, Quality Assurance, and Upper Management;
Prepare purchase orders and RFQs to advocate purchasing controls;
Review, document, and submit accounts payable invoices for final approval and payment;
Coordinate flow of goods between production and distribution departments
