LOCATION
NOTE:
We are hiring multiple candidates for this position. This is an in-person role located at our Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach campuses. Relocation support is available.
Most enrollment functions prioritize volume. This position exists to uphold selectivity. At 2 Hour Learning, we serve families who demand precision, confidentiality, and measurable results. We deliver a complete school day in two concentrated hours through AI-powered, mastery-based instruction. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, with data to validate performance. Afternoons remain available for depth work, autonomy, and practical skill development.
The model is effective. But effectiveness depends on family alignment.
This is your mandate.
You will manage the complete enrollment cycle for a campus, from initial inquiry through final onboarding. This is not a relay structure. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how thoroughly they comprehend the model, and whether enrollment decisions reflect genuine fit. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate informed discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not enrollment maximization.
The objective is strategic alignment.
We welcome candidates from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive-level support, premium membership organizations, or owner-operators who have directly managed high-value client relationships end-to-end. What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with discernment, transparency, and operational rigor.
If your career has centered on delivering exceptional service where trust, discretion, and experiential quality define brand value, this role will translate naturally—applied to work that produces measurable outcomes.
