Assemble electro-mechanical products using manufacturing drawings, work instructions, and engineering documentation;
Perform soldering, repair, and rework of assemblies in accordance with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721 when applicable);
Diagnose and correct assembly defects, non-conformances, and quality issues to meet specifications;
Support prototype builds and engineering development projects by assembling and modifying electro-mechanical components;
Document all rework activities accurately and maintain production records; maintain a clean, organized, safety-focused work area
