IPC Certified Assembler

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the aerospace industry, is seeking an IPC Certified Assembler to join their team. As an IPC Certified Assembler, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the production of In Flight Entertainment products for airlines worldwide. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $23.88/hr

** Shift:
** 1st Shift 6am- 2:30pm

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform basic electro-mechanical assembly operations following engineering and manufacturing documentation.

+  
** Solder components according to IPC 610 standards and perform rework per IPC 7711/ 7721 as needed.*
* + Build antenna products and prototype assemblies from detailed instructions.

+ Conduct quality checks and self-inspections to ensure high standards.

+ Utilize hand tools and test equipment to assemble and test electrical and mechanical components.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School diploma or GED required.

+  
** 3+ years of assembly, soldering and testing experience.*
* +  
** MUST have valid IPC 610, IPC 7711/ 7721 certifications.*

Experience with hand tools, calibrated equipment, jigs, and tooling fixtures.

+ Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and drawings.

+ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
