Shift: Monday-Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance. Education Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, specifications, and production documents.
- Willingness to learn FDA, ISO, quality control, and manufacturing compliance standards.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools and inspection equipment accurately.
- 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, medical device manufacturing, or related industrial environments preferred.
- Experience assembling components and supporting manufacturing builds according to detailed specifications.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precision assembly work.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while following strict quality and safety procedures.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds as required.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment.
- Support manufacturing and production teams in the assembly and completion of complex products and systems.
- Read and follow blueprints, specifications, and work instructions to ensure accurate product assembly.
- Align materials, assemble components, and build higher-level units according to production requirements.
- Assist with prototype fabrication, product development, testing processes, and fixture creation.
- Perform quality inspections and verify finished products meet company, FDA, and ISO standards.
- Support process improvement and development initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
- Cross-train in multiple production areas to support operational flexibility and team success.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all company safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
