This role offers a chance to become a vital member of a dynamic production team dedicated to quality and excellence.

• Operate and oversee high-performance manufacturing machinery in a fast-paced environment,maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

• Load, unload, and perform machine setups and tooling changes to ensure smooth production flow.

• Conduct inspections of products toidentifydefects, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, and eliminate concerns promptly to uphold quality.

• Maintain organized workstations, stock materials and tools, and consistently meet or exceed daily production goals.

• Record quality and production data accurately using systems such as SAP, MES, and Go-Canvas.

• Collaborate effectively within a team environment, demonstrating flexibility by multitasking across various machines and responsibilities.

• Perform physical tasks including walking, bending, reaching, and lifting upto 40 lbs., all while following safety protocols and PPE requirements.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 6 months experience in manufacturing or production.

• Basic computerproficiencyand ability to read and follow instructions and safety procedures in English.

• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.

• Knowledge of powered and pneumatic hand tools is a plus.

• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.

• Physical ability to stand for 8-10+ hours and perform manual tasks safely.

• Weekly pay ranging from $18.97 to $20.97/hour, with opportunities for overtime.
