• Review and interpret production instructions meticulously to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Gather, organize, and prepare all materials and tools necessary for each production cycle.
• Measure components precisely to guarantee proper fit and assembly.
• Select, modify, and prepare parts according to detailed specifications.
• Align and assemble components with accuracy, contributing to the manufacturing of complex units with quality and efficiency.

• Entry-level position; no prior manufacturing or warehouse experience required.
• Ability to safely lift objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Strong understanding of verbal and written instructions with excellent attention to detail.
• Dependable, motivated, and eager to succeed within a team-oriented environment.

• 3rd Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM
• Mandatory overtime on Saturdays may be required to meet production goals.

Pay Details: $17.97 to $19.97 per hour
