Product Outgoing Inspector
Advantest Test Solutions, Inc. (ATS) is looking for an outgoing product inspector to join our team in Lake Forest, CA. This individual will directly contribute to the product shipping quality by conducting visual checks, reviewing production history on travelers or equivalents, maintaining inspection checklists for quality gate performance, and ensuring secure product traceability through accurate record‑keeping.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Quality inspections on PCBA‑based units, mechanical assemblies, thermal unit assemblies, and entire system level ATE (combination of electric, mechanical, and thermal units).
- Conduct first article quality checks on those units.
- Input inspection results into the online database promptly, ensuring no delays or mismatches.
- Follow instructions and not deviate from the standard work process.
- Report any abnormalities in inspection results to the line leader in a timely manner to receive instructions.
- Secure necessary inspector certificates such as IPC‑A‑610 and IPC‑A‑620.
- Take training assigned by the line leader.
- Follow 5S, ESD control, and facility safety policies.
- Perform all other duties as required and assigned.
