Bal Seal Engineering in Foothill Ranch, Lake Forest, CA seeks a QC Supervisor to lead the Quality Assurance team from Receiving to Shipping, ensuring compliant procedures and timely inspections. You will oversee hourly QA staff and drive interdepartmental QA initiatives, reporting to the QA Manager.
The role requires 5+ years in a quality role, leadership experience, and strong English proficiency. Knowledge of SPC, audits, and QMS (ISO 9001/AS9100) is essential;
Spanish is a plus.
