Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a Quality Control Specialist 1 to join their team. As a Quality Control Specialist 1, you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting inspection and testing processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Control Specialist 1

Location: Lake Forest, CA

Pay Range: $32.00

Shift: Days (6am to 2:30PM, possibly up to 4:30PM with OT)

What's the Job?

• Inspect and test products against specified requirements
• Reject products that do not meet quality standards
• Interpret drawings and test procedures accurately
• Record inspection results systematically
• Use measurement tools such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers to ensure precision

What's Needed?

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience/training
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control practices
