- Ensure customer and donor needs are met with genuine greeting and prompt, courteous assistance
- Stock priced items ready to be merchandised on the sales floor
- Maintain store and donation area cleanliness and organization; perform cleaning duties as assigned
- Follow POS/Cash Register policies in accordance with TSA policies and procedures
- Maintain safety and compliance standards
- Attend required monthly store meetings
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory items accurately and efficiently
- Provide quality assurance by inspecting products for defects and damages
- Assist donors in removing donated items from vehicles and provide receipts
- Sort donated material into proper containers and stack material as instructed by management
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to handle POS/Cash Register operations and cash transactions
- Must pass background check including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, customers, and donors
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist as needed
- Ability to grasp and move items such as carts, racks, and merchandise
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks
- Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Schedule:
Our stores operate 7 days per week. Schedules are determined by management and employees must be flexible to ensure adequate store coverage. Part-time employees may be scheduled for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
