Sales Development Representative SDR

United Industries Group (UIG Tank Systems) is a leading manufacturer of engineered bolted steel storage tank and cover systems with 55+ years of experience serving industrial, municipal, and commercial markets worldwide, including data centers, water and wastewater, food and beverage, chemical, power, and infrastructure projects.

Generate and qualify B2B sales opportunities. First point of contact for prospects. Conduct outbound and inbound outreach, qualify project needs, and schedule meetings for Account Executives.

• Prospect and research target accounts
• Outbound calls, emails, and Linked In outreach
• Qualify leads (scope, budget, timeline, decision-makers)
• Book meetings for Account Executives
• Update CRM and track pipeline activity (Salesforce)
• Follow up inbound leads and marketing campaigns
• Track KPIs (calls, meetings, opportunities)

• 1–3 years sales development, lead generation, or B2B inside sales
• Strong communication and phone skills
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Ability to learn technical or engineered products
• Goal-driven, self-motivated
• Preferred:
  Industrial, construction, or water/wastewater experience

• Base salary plus incentives and bonus (OTE)
