Inside Salesperson

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and motivated inside salesperson to join our dynamic and growing organization. • Handle customer inquiries / order status updates
• Provide information about the products, pricing, and deliveries
• Coordinate production and delivery with the factory in South Korea
• Enter inbound sales orders and coordinate deliveries
• Document and update customer records
• Communicate by phone and email with customers about pending orders

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients, and collaborate with teammates
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Any experience working in a manufacturing environment - specifically with CNC lathes and mills is an asset
• Korean and Spanish skills are an asset
