Job Purpose

The Key Account Coordinator supports the sales team by serving as a single point of contact for key accounts, coordinating daily business activities, and reporting performance within the district.

Responsibilities
  • Provide centralized support to district representatives for reservations and opportunities.
  • Manage assigned key customers, including regional and multi‑regional accounts not handled by central services.
  • Source fleet within the district/region to fulfill orders and handle escalations with DM/RVP/RFM.
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Schedule equipment delivery and pickup.
  • Generate additional sales revenue through excellent customer service on existing orders, finalizing inbound inquiries and outbound telemarketing.
  • Provide expert advice on equipment selection, operation, and maintenance.
  • Generate, process, analyze, and review daily business reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Professional working experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Work out of a separate office within the branch; position not at counter or remote.
  • Participate in sales meetings, district management meetings, and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Use Service Cloud for communication with other district Key Account Coordinators.
  • District cost‑center allocation for supported branches.
  • Solid computer skills; knowledge of MS Office preferred.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $65,000 – $70,000 Base + Quarterly Profit Share
