Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers and take orders over the phone and online;
Invoice customer orders, pick and stage parts for delivery, and direct delivery specialists to ensure timely delivery;
Maintain delivery vehicles and complete daily vehicle inspections with mileage logged;
Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service to professional customers;
Assist on front counter and retail counter, plus backroom duties such as auto-loads, returns, and stock management
