Kawasaki Motors Retail Finance (KMRF) is seeking an experienced Training & Development Manager to oversee all sales training initiatives across the organization. This role will create Kawasaki’s captive branded sales certification platform and serve as the primary training resource for employee development.
You will work with Sales, Credit, Funding, and OEM Field Sales to align training with objectives, deliver onboarding to dealers nationwide, and drive training analytics and effectiveness.
