We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Mitigation Technician to join our growing restoration team. This role responds to water, fire, and mold losses and performs emergency services to stabilize properties and prevent further damage.

This is a hands‑on position for someone who works well in fast‑paced environments and takes pride in helping customers during difficult situations.

• Perform water extraction and structural drying
• Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers)
• Perform demolition of affected materials (drywall, flooring, insulation, etc.)
• Execute mold remediation following proper containment and safety protocols
• Perform fire and smoke cleaning of structure and contents
• Follow IICRC standards and company SOPs
• Document job progress with photos and moisture readings
• Maintain a clean and professional jobsite
• Provide excellent customer service

• Experience in water/fire/mold restoration preferred (not required – we train the right candidate)
• IICRC certifications are a plus (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and wearing PPE
• Available for on-call rotation
