Key responsibilities- Install custom cabinetry, closets, and garage systems with a high level of precision
- Lead projects on-site and ensure jobs are completed to company standards
- Deliver a professional, high-end customer experience in clients’ homes
- Complete daily job documentation and reports (training provided)
- Problem-solve on-site challenges with a solutions-first mindset
- 2+ years of carpentry, finish work, or installation experience (custom cabinetry or remodeling experience is a big plus)
- Strong attention to detail — you care about getting it right the first time
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a hands‑on environment
- Reliable, professional, and takes ownership of their work
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
