• Minimum five plus years of CAT dealer experience and ten years heavy equipment industry experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Must possess tools necessary to repair heavy machinery.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check.

• One-year certificate or Associates degree from a community college or technical school.
