We are looking for Technicians with the experience and knowledge to begin work immediately—with little supervision. Technicians need a minimum of one year of experience with water damage, sewage, and mold remediation.

You will have the opportunity to make great money with the on-call schedule (rotation is currently once a month), overtime, and on-call bonus pay while working with a great group of people.

• Water damage, Sewage, and Mold remediation experience
• At least 1 year as a technician
• IICRC certification is a plus but not required
• Must have a clean DMV record and be able to drive a box truck. No DUIs.
• Must be able to lift 80lbs consistently throughout the day
• Must be able to pass a respiratory test
• Background checks are required to work with our team
• Must live centrally located in Orange County
• Must be friendly, dependable, and professional. Being bilingual is a plus but not required.
• Must be available for the on-call schedule (1 week per month)
• Communication skills are a must & will be required for paperwork documentation, mapping job sites, etc.
• Knowledge of the DASH Software is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of MICA Software preferred but not required
