• Technical Design:
  Design and implement secure, maintainable software solutions to business problems
• Integration:
  Build real‑time, secure integrations between hosted and local applications through RESTful interfaces
• Technical Maintenance:
  Enhance and maintain internal and hosted business applications
• Collaboration & Communication:
  Partner with project managers, fellow developers, and business stakeholders to align solutions with business strategy
• Project Ownership:
  Manage small to medium‑sized projects in accordance with the organization’s software development life cycle
• Documentation:
  Create project artifacts such as technical designs and requirements specifications
• Problem Solving:
  Work independently to troubleshoot and resolve failures in cloud‑based and hosted multi‑tier architecture built on Windows Server, Azure services, SQL Server, and .NET
• Code Quality & Review:
  Uphold code quality by participating in code reviews and following development best practices
• Time Management:
  Manage your workload to meet department service levels and project deadlines
• Support:
  Participate in a periodic on‑call rotation for end‑user support during business‑critical events

• 2+ years of experience with software development
• Experience with .NET Framework or .NET Core
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with software development methodologies and tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a drive for excellence
