Adapt Health - Up to $26.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Route orders for regional branches deliveries and coordinate delivery schedules with operations staff;
Create sensible routes for each Medical Equipment Technician ensuring all stops are completed;
Screen tickets for mistakes and address issues with management or order creator;
Make outbound calls to customers and technicians for scheduling and routing with customer care focus;
Track all orders and confirm daily delivery or follow up within defined time frames
