• You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record that meets company standards, and you must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• You should possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Training, orientation and training provided on the job.
• Communication skills – ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Essential functions/skills – ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Deliver product by car to the door of the customer.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigation of adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
• Carry pizzas and beverages while performing walking and climbing duties during delivery.
• Drive to deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area, and travel between the store and delivery vehicle.
• Climb five or more flights of stairs during delivery.

General job duties for all store team members include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, cleaning facility, and following training and orientation procedures. Communication and essential functional skills are required. Physical and sensory demands include exposure to weather, temperature variations, fumes, dust and cramped quarters, as well as handling hot surfaces, sharp edges, mechanical parts, and various physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and climbing.

Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, and bending are required. Bulk product deliveries may weigh up to 50 pounds and may include cases up to 3' × 1.5' in dimension. Large cans, sauce cases and trays of dough are frequently handled. Frequent lifting and handling of containers and equipment up to 24‑30 inches in height and 7.5 pounds force required;

climbing and maneuvering on ladders or stairs is also required.

Stooping or bending forward at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. Workers must crouch or squat occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas. Reach above 72
