Delivery Truck Driver - Non CDL

Job Summary

Ferguson is hiring a truck driver responsible for delivering materials to customers, managing loads, and ensuring safety compliance. Compensation is $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour (competitive). Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed.

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• Follow DOT standards and regulations
• Maintain a valid DOT Medical card
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics (shipping, receiving, delivery) is a plus
• Strong communication and customer‑focused approach
• Comfortable with basic technology, including iPad usage

• Deliver materials to customers, assist with loading/unloading, and provide delivery tickets
• Pick up customer returns and validate products for credit requests
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, fuel truck, and report issues to supervisor
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling, preparing, receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE; wear safety harness with maximum capacity of 400 lbs
• Work overtime as needed
