Location: Lake Forest, CA
Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical education preferred
- 2-4 years of inventory, warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
- Knowledge of international shipping, freight forwarding, and INCOTERMs preferred
- Experience with shipment booking systems and transportation processes
- Strong math, computer, and data entry skills
- Ability to operate or become certified on forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock pickers
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and climb stairs/ladders
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Support receiving, inventory control, kitting, shipping, and carrier booking operations
- Process material movements and maintain accurate inventory transactions in company systems
- Monitor inventory accuracy, reconciliations, and product scrap activities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, freight bookings, and carrier schedules
- Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts as needed
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock pickers
- Utilize hand tools and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, AS9201, ISO
14000, and 6S requirements - Maintain organization and housekeeping standards across warehouse and distribution areas
- Collaborate with multiple departments to support production and shipping needs
- Assist with problem resolution and process improvements related to inventory and logistics

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
