Accountant III

Our clientis seeking an Accountant III to join their team. As an Accountant III, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the accounting and financial reporting functions.

Job Title: Accountant III
Location: Lake Forest, IL / 100% Onsite
6 Months Contract
Pay range: $35 to $38/hr on W2

• Examine, analyze, and interpret accounting records to prepare financial statements.
• Advise management on accounting issues and financial reporting.
• Supervise accounting personnel and oversee daily accounting operations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain familiarity with spreadsheets or accounting software.
• Support on-the-job training and development of team members.

• 5-6 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Familiarity with GAAP and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Possession of an advanced degree is preferred.
