Position Overview
Serves as a key administrative partner to Vice Presidents, managing high-volume calendars, coordinating cross-functional meetings, and supporting internal and external communications. Requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to anticipate needs.
Responsibilities- Manage leaders’ calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Coordinate travel and itineraries for the leader and their team.
- Prepare reports, communications, and presentation materials.
- Manage department events and employee engagement activities, including venue, food, and onsite support.
- Partner with stakeholders and other departments to support business operations.
- Serve as liaison between the VP and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage departmental systems and expense tracking, generating routine reports to support operational efficiency and budget oversight.
- Support onboarding and backup for other administrators.
- Demonstrate knowledge of business operations and support process improvements.
- 3+ years of administrative experience.
- Experience supporting multiple executive leaders and/or departments.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High attention to detail and strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Hourly position with base pay range of $29.72 to $49.48 per hour.

- Access to up to 50% of paycheck based on hours worked before payday.
