Executive Assistant
Serves as a key administrative partner to Vice Presidents, managing high-volume calendars, coordinating cross-functional meetings, and supporting internal and external communications. This role requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to anticipate needs.
You Will:
- Manage leaders' calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate meeting logistics. Coordinate travel and itineraries for the leader and their team, as needed.
- Anticipate needs and streamline processes for aligned VPs
- Prepare reports, communications, and presentation materials
- Manage department events and employee engagement activities, including managing logistics such as venue, food, and onsite support
- Partner with stakeholders and other departments to support business operations
- Serve as a liaison between the VP and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage departmental systems and expense tracking, including generating routine reports to support operational efficiency and budget oversight
- Plays a key role in onboarding and backup support for other admins
- Demonstrates knowledge of business operations and supports process improvements
You Have:
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Experience supporting multiple executive leaders and/or departments
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- High attention to detail and strong customer service orientation
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
