Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $95,000.00 to $.

Position DetailsThe primary role of this Senior Business Analyst is to identify systemic solutions that solve important financial needs for Grainger s North America departments. You will help management navigate automated solutions while driving strategic decision support to financial Services & Treasury, and other departments. You are a partner who must work directly with leaders of each GUS Department and Grainger Enterprise System Teams on topics such as financial analyses and profitability focusing on streamlining/automating processes or analyses, sales growth strategies, productivity, measurements for any department function, and needs that involve systemic solutions.
This position is Hybrid requiring 1 day per month onsite at the Lake Forest, IL headquarters.
You Will- Develop visualization tools to support the growth and productivity initiatives in Finance organization through continuous improvement of financial reporting, storytelling and end-user functionality.
- Coach and mentor cross functional teams on visualization best practices including efficient data modeling, dynamic coding techniques, effective storytelling and optimal report designing.
- Function as a liaison working with project management, FCI team and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems.
- Visualization Scoping:
Analysis work performed to review the current stated solutions used by stakeholders, to identify productivity gaps, to identify the process improvement areas, and suggest best possible solutions with proof-of-concept research, in addition to configuration development and testing. - Develop advanced knowledge of Grainger system available tools for information and reporting design.
- Ad-Hoc:
