Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, scheduling of appointments, and confirming patient visits.
- Assist with patient intake, registration, and check‑in process. Ensure all patient information is up to date and accurate.
- Partner with the clinical team to optimize appointment scheduling and patient flow.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects our family‑focused and friendly culture.
- Handle patient inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
