This role will help shape and advance Abb Vie's Oncology portfolio maximization strategy. The position will champion strategic initiatives, strengthen Oncology operations, and deliver solutions that drive excellence across the portfolio.
Strategic Focus:
- Anticipate future trends and translate them into portfolio-level opportunities and operating priorities that help advance strategic and operational excellence.
- Propose best-fit operating models in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Embed Advanced Customer Experience (ACE) and Future Fit models, capabilities, and practices across Oncology brands.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong organizational capability, and disciplined execution. They can translate priorities into clear, actionable plans; interpret and analyze data to inform decisions; and identify process improvements in partnership with multiple stakeholders. Success in this role also requires exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and a strong sense of accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (advanced degree preferred) in business or biosciences or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, or other relevant experience (digital communication experience is a plus).
- Area and/or Affiliate experience preferred.
- Leadership Team roles.
- Established scientific background and ability to read scientific data to create insights and action.
- Strategic thinker, and ability to anticipate trends and changes in the market.
- Analytical and organizational skills, able to define well-structured strategic plans.
- Planning, organizing and managing multiple complex projects whilst dealing with conflicting priorities, efficiently and effectively.
- Strong implementation skills and experience.
- Networking and communication skills that build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization and a broad range of internal cross-functional stakeholders.

- The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
This range may be modified in the future. - We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
