Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $ - $. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 25 %, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

Position Details
The Director, Indirect Procurement is responsible for leading Grainger's North America indirect procurement organization, leading enterprise sourcing strategy, operational excellence, and business transformation to maximize enterprise value. This role oversees approximately $2B in managed spend while managing supplier partnerships, optimizing costs, mitigating risk, and enabling business growth through scalable procurement capabilities. As a key member of the procurement leadership team, the Director leads Category Management, Procurement Operations, and Enterprise Programs, partnering with executive leadership to align procurement strategy with enterprise priorities.
This leader is responsible for modernizing the procurement operating model through standardized processes, data-driven decision making, continuous improvement, and the adoption of automation, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies to improve productivity, enhance stakeholder experience, and position Indirect Procurement as a strategic business partner.
