Content Operations Program Manager

Lake County, Illinois Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $74 - 79 per hour

Are you ready to drive operational excellence across enterprise digital ecosystems for a global biopharmaceutical leader? This strategic opportunity invites a consultative program leader to establish governance, optimize cross-functional workflows, and scale content operations across web, app, and digital asset management channels. Partnering with senior stakeholders, you will transform operational insights into high-impact business decisions while advancing enterprise AI integration. Responsibilities:

Establish enterprise governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, and intake models to accelerate end-to-end digital content delivery.

Lead cross-functional planning cadences and operational reviews to align cross-team priorities and eliminate workflow friction.

Architect executive dashboards in Smartsheet and Workfront to increase operational visibility, track capacity, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Champion AI adoption frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance content scalability and organizational agility.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience leading program management, content operations, or PMO functions within complex enterprise environments.

Advanced expertise in governance development, process optimization, and workflow management platforms like Workfront and Smartsheet.

Proven track record of aligning cross-functional leadership teams, managing dependencies, and driving operational excellence.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Operations, or a related field; PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certifications preferred. Opportunity
