General Medicines, Commercial Director – Menopause Portfolio (PAVE)
Responsibilities

  • Own menopause portfolio strategy (franchise and brand-level) using customer insight, performance targets, and market realities.
  • Serve as brand steward and cross-functional connector (align teams, clarify decisions, remove roadblocks).
  • Enable a first-in-industry partnership model with internal/external stakeholders to create patient and business value.
  • Lead end-to-end externalized content development, including MLR (HCP/patient materials aligned to strategy, compliant, and timely).
  • Manage day-to-day engagement with 3rd-party partner (Indegene) across menopause brands (expectations, quality, delivery tracking).
  • Drive portfolio prioritization across initiatives and investments (make resource-impact tradeoffs).
  • Set and deliver portfolio commercial strategy; align brand plans to PAVE priorities and enterprise goals; convert strategy to measurable execution.
  • Build and align stakeholder network (medical, access, legal/regulatory, agencies/partners) to achieve brand goals.
  • Share learnings across the PAVE community; standardize what works; drive simplification/efficiencies.
  • Act as a visible, trusted leader with strong judgment and storytelling.
Minimum Requirements
  • BA/BS + 8 years; MBA/MS + 7;
    PhD/JD + 5; or MD/DVM + 4 (pharmaceutical commercialization strategy/leadership).
  • Brand management experience; proven pharmaceutical commercial strategy development.
  • Strong analytical skills; lead cross-functional teams; excellent project management.
  • Market analysis/forecasting; regulatory familiarity; stakeholder engagement/relationship management.
  • Proficiency using GCMA for promotional material review/approval.
  • Comfort using AI tools.
