Are you ready to shape the visual narrative for a global leader in the recreational media and manufacturing space? We are seeking a consultative Senior Brand & Graphic Designer to partner with creative leadership, digital strategy, and performance teams to elevate multi-channel campaigns. In this high-visibility role, you will lead the end-to-end design evolution that keeps an industry-defining portfolio at the forefront of the market.

Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end multi-channel creative across digital, print, motion, paid social, and experiential touchpoints to drive measurable brand engagement.

Translate strategic business objectives and creative briefs into high-impact visual concepts that strengthen brand positioning and narrative consistency.

Deliver brand-aligned creative assets, including corporate identity systems, high-stakes presentations, product launches, and integrated digital ad campaigns.

Present design concepts confidently to key stakeholders, articulating strategic rationale and maintaining strict quality standards across all project deliverables.

Qualifications:

8-10 years of progressive graphic design experience within a high-growth agency, boutique design firm, or corporate marketing department.

Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint to deliver refined, enterprise-grade collateral under tight deadlines.

Proven track record of managing complex design projects from concept through execution while maintaining cross-functional alignment.

Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or Graphic Design, paired with exceptional strategic communication skills.
