Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills. Position Details The Instructional Designer develops engaging and effective learning solutions to support employee performance and organizational goals.
The role applies instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create high-quality, learner-centered content. The Instructional Designer collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to assess training needs and deliver impactful, blended educational experiences. The role also emphasizes continuous improvement by integrating feedback and staying current with emerging trends in learning technologies. You Will
* Develops training for 7,600+ Branch and Distribution Center team members and leaders, driving onboarding, process understanding, and performance consistency.
* Uses instructional design methodology to create and refine content.
* Collaborates with Design Leads, subject matter experts (SMEs), and internal partners to understand training needs and build learning that meets objectives.
* Designs learning across a range of modalities including instructor-led training (ILT), web-based training (WBT), microlearning, and blended learning solutions.
