LFA Summer Camps is seeking enthusiastic, responsible, and energetic individuals to join our summer team. We offer a variety of roles designed to build leadership skills, professional experience, and confidence while working in a fun, fast-paced camp environment. Staff play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive experience for campers and guests.

Lake Forest Academy is hiring for a variety of openings this summer, including:
  • Camp counselors and supervisors
  • Sports camp athletic coaches and assistants
  • Dorm monitors and supervisors for overnight camps
  • Lifeguard
  • Theater Tech support
  • Cafeteria monitor
  • Social Media intern
  • Campus Safety Traffic Monitor
  • Athletic Facility Monitor

Placement will be based on experience, interests, certifications, and availability. Pay details will be shared during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by position but may include:
  • Supervising campers and ensuring safety at all times
  • Assisting with program activities, games, practices, or events
  • Supporting coaches, instructors, or program leaders
  • Monitoring facilities and maintaining organized, clean spaces
  • Communicating effectively with staff, campers, and families
  • Modeling positive behavior, teamwork, and professionalism
  • Following schedules, policies, and emergency procedures
    Contributing to a welcoming and inclusive camp environment
