- Looking for a School Psychologist position that offers more than just assessments? This full-time opportunity allows you to play a key role in supporting students, collaborating with educators, and helping drive school-wide problem-solving initiatives.
- Serving a Pre-K through 4th grade population, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through evaluations, counseling support, behavioral intervention, and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
- Conduct approximately 20 psycho educational evaluations per year
- Maintain a small student counseling caseload
- Support behavioral and social-emotional needs throughout the elementary school
- Facilitate and participate in:
- LEAM meetings
- Data review meetings
- Problem-solving meetings
- Student support discussions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers
- Participate in the special education evaluation and eligibility process
- Help develop strategies that promote positive academic, behavioral, and social outcomes
- You are a collaborative professional who enjoys balancing assessment responsibilities with direct student support and consultation. You thrive in a team-oriented environment and are passionate about helping elementary-aged students succeed.
- Current Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
- School Psychologist Endorsement
- Ability to work onsite for the duration of the assignment
