Next Ventures is seeking a senior investment accounting leader in Lake Forest, Illinois. This high-visibility role requires end-to-end investment accounting and cash management oversight, with a focus on STAT and GAAP reporting. The ideal candidate is CPA qualified, with over 10 years of experience in investment accounting, preferably in insurance. Strong leadership and technical skills are essential, along with Workday experience.

The position offers a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 remote).
