This highly visible role serves as a catalyst for transforming US Commercial Finance operations through reporting simplification, process optimization, improved data accessibility, enhanced analytics, and technology-enabled business insights.

Reporting to the US Commercial Finance Director
, this position partners closely with Finance, Commercial, Shared Services, and IT teams to identify opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives across financial planning, reporting, analytics, performance management, and business processes.

We are seeking a professional who combines strong financial acumen with process improvement expertise, analytical thinking, business intelligence capabilities, systems knowledge, and project leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous improvement and a proven ability to drive measurable results through reporting automation, data analytics, process enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration.

Success in this role requires the ability to influence stakeholders, challenge existing processes, develop scalable reporting and analytics solutions, and deliver actionable insights that improve decision-making and business performance.

• Drive improvements in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Develop scalable performance management frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs).
