- Minimum 2 years of Special Care Nursery (SCN) experience
- Must be comfortable assisting with and attending high-risk deliveries
- Experience working in Level II NICU settings
- Hands‑on experience caring for neonates (29–34 weeks gestation)
- Experience managing neonatal gastrointestinal conditions preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- Neonatal assessment and monitoring
- SCN/NICU patient stabilization and ongoing care
- Delivery room support for high-risk births
- Feeding and GI-related neonatal care
