This is a highly interactive, activity-based role for someone who loves engaging with seniors.

6 to 12 Hour Shifts

Full Bloom Memory Care® is seeking a compassionate, creative caregiver to support a client in Libertyville, IL
through meaningful daily connection, movement, and cognitive engagement.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys
brain-based activities, conversation, and purposeful companionship
- not just routine caregiving tasks.

What You'll Do

As a Memory Care Partner, you will:

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Lead simple cognitive and brain-based activities
• Encourage movement, walking, and daily structure
• Accompany client to senior center or community outings
• Assist with cueing and supportive care as needed
• Communicate closely with Full Bloom's care team for guidance and continuity

Requirements:

• 1 year of dementia or caregiving experience (family or professional)
• Reliable availability:
  Set, consistent schedules (e.g., Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday) including one ongoing weekend day
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance
• High school diploma or GED
• Proof of work eligibility in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Eligibility to register with the IDPH Health Care Worker Registry
