We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Tech for a role in a multi-specialty department, including Interventional Radiology (IR) and Cath lab/EP Lab. The ideal candidate will be experienced in performing a variety of procedures within this specialized field and willing to be on call as required.
Assignment Details- Assignment Type:
Travel - Estimated Gross Weekly Pay Package: $3600 (negotiable)
- Weekend Requirement:
Yes, usually on-call 1 weekend per month - On Call Requirements: 5-6 days per month, including a weekend
- Meal-Break Length: 30 minutes
- Multi-specialty department including IR
- Conduct diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations
- Perform cardiac mapping and pacemaker insertions
- Interpret dysrhythmias and assist in cardiac ablation and cardioversion
- Set up equipment and maintain a sterile field
- Provide patient care for older adults and middle adults
- Participate in endovascular interventions and vascular closure systems
Required:
- Associate Degree in Applied Sciences
- ARRT Certification
- IEMA Licensure
- BLS through American Heart Association
- 1 year of direct experience
- Illinois license in hand
Preferred:
- Cath lab/EP Lab experience

PEL/VIP Job #. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
