The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $ – $. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 15%, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

The Manager, Regional Human Resources partners with three Vice Presidents and their leadership teams supporting Grainger's field-based sales and onsite service organizations. Serving as a trusted advisor, this role aligns business and people strategies to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and business performance. Working closely with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence, the Manager develops and executes human capital strategies that strengthen organizational capability, build leadership bench strength, and position talent to deliver on business priorities.

This role leads key talent processes including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and workforce planning while helping leaders navigate change and build high-performing teams.
