The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $93,000.00 to $.

The Order Management Team creates solutions that empower internal and external customers throughout the customer order lifecycle. This team is a dedicated, cross‑functional group supporting Grainger Business Systems applications. You will collaborate with internal business teams and external vendors to deliver enhancements, provide operational support, and implement systems to monitor and analyze critical processes that ensure a smooth and reliable customer experience.

By driving enhancements in our order management systems, the team plays a vital role in increasing customer satisfaction, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless order execution. • Implement, configure, develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise‑grade commercial software platforms that enable core business processes such as Order Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Finance, and HR.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions aligned with Grainger’s architecture standards.
• Design, configure, deploy, and continuously improve systems and business applications with a clear understanding of their downstream and cross‑functional implications.
• Lead and influence architecture decisions and contribute to technical capability roadmaps.
• Integrate SAP systems with internal and third‑party platforms (e.g., 3PLs, marketplaces, fulfillment systems) to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment across the order lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying system inefficiencies, recommending design enhancements, and optimizing business processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
