The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $95,000.00 to $.

The Sr Specialist, Measurement & Platforms serves as the owner of learning effectiveness measurement and learning technology enablement for the Fulfillment Network. This role ensures training investments are measurable, data‑informed, and supported by platforms and processes that scale efficiently. The Sr Specialist translates learning and business needs into clear measurement strategies, actionable insights, and fit‑for‑purpose technology solutions, enabling leaders to make informed decisions about training design, delivery, and continuous improvement.

• Learning Measurement & Effectiveness
