The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $ to $.

You will guide a team focused on foundational platform patterns, enablement, and data product maturity—driving secure, governed, and cost-optimized data solutions that power analytics, AI, and business innovation.

Define and champion best practices for data product development by establishing a clear “paved road” approach, supported by comprehensive training and accessible documentation.

Standardize and streamline existing solutions to reduce duplication, improve consistency, and promote reuse across teams and domains.

Develop and deliver platform capabilities that empower teams with tools, reusable frameworks, and features aligned with our data platform standards—enabling secure, scalable, and sustainable development.
